Located in Agia Anna, which is categorized as a prime  location of the Island, the area is well known for its long stretch of beaches, equipped bars and restaurants, supermarket and shops. The beaches in this area are organized with umbrellas, beach furniture and food delivery by the beach. The villa is within 300meters to the beach.
