The top floor has two bedrooms one  with a double bed the other king bed and ensuite bathrooms. There is also a separate guest house with a king bed and bathroom. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned . Outdoor, there is a big veranda and the barbeque area where you can relax and have your coffee/drink or enjoy delicious meals. Both areas are shaded by wooden pergolas. In front of the villa, there is a large private pool with comfortable sun beds, stone-built pool bar and pool shower.

On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a nice  living room with a built in sofa, a guest toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. On the basement lower floor you will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. The lower floor also has a separate entrance.

The condo sleeps 12 comfortably (all beds are built in).
Casa Magnifica has a large and beautiful private garden where you can relax, enjoy an outdoor shower or enjoy a star filled night from your lounge chair. It also has a sand garden, perfect for small children to play in.

The exceptional outdoor area is very well equipped with a big dining table in the shade, outdoor kitchen with extra fridge for cool drinks, a bar/gaming table, two big hang out sofas and a spectacular private jacuzzi. Ideal for families or a group of friends, they are equipped with two bathrooms, an indoor kitchen and a large outdoor kitchen, not far from the shared pool in the big garden. A separate large pergola with space for up to 12 people to eat while the sundown becomes an unforgettable experience.
