Located in Agia Anna, which is categorized as a prime  location of the Island, the area is well known for its long stretch of beaches, equipped bars and restaurants, supermarket and shops. The beaches in this area are organized with umbrellas, beach furniture and food delivery by the beach. The villa is within 300meters to the beach. Nestled within neighboring villas, nevertheless with privacy, its situated within a short distance to most of a guests needs. The outdoor garden beds also include a herb garden to use.

Villa Anise cozy beach house with direct beach access The two-storey house spans 90 sqm of living space, located on the upper part of the property. Surrounded by a lush green garden and protected by shady pergolas. Up to 6 guests can stay here which can be rented separately or together with house ouzo. Ideal for families or a group of friends, they are equipped with two bathrooms, an indoor kitchen and a large outdoor kitchen, not far from the shared pool in the big garden. A separate large pergola with space for up to 12 people to eat while the sundown becomes an unforgettable experience.
