Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation 30 days before arrival, there are no cancellation fees or penalties. If someone cancels less than 30 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the total. If someone cancels less than 7 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total. We give no refunds within the 7 days window prior to your arrival.
