Payment Policy:
Viglaki House requires a bank transfer deposit to process your booking. We take the privacy of your personal data very seriously. They are only used to process your booking.
30% of the total reservation is needed for a confirmed booking. This amount is kept as a deposit and is refunded in case of early cancellation.
Prepayment:30%

Free Cancellation policy:
ln case of cancellation 60 days before arrival the deposit is paid back to the customer. Any cancellation less than 60 days before arrival the full deposit is charged.

Cancellation policy:
We know that there are cases of emergencies and what we plan is not always implemented. We will try our best to find another reservation to replace the cancelled one and give a full refund in such emergencies. In cases that we don't manage to find one, then the below rules apply.

ln case of cancellation 60 days before arrival the deposit is paid back to the customer. For any cancellation less than 60 days before arrival the full deposit is charged. In case of cancellation during the stay, a 50% compensation of the remaining days originally agreed is due and payable by the customer.
