Phoenicia requires your credit card details to process your booking. We take the privacy of your personal data very seriously. They are only used to process your booking.
We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card at the time of booking.
Prepayment: 30%
When you make your reservation you will be charged 30% of the total amount. If you cancel 60 days before your arrival we will refund the money.

Phoenicia offers flexible cancellation terms so you and your family can start planning your next trip now. If due to covid-19 you can't travel (flight cancellations, borders not opened) we offer you a voucher valid for the next 2 years.

Phoenicia offers flexible cancellation terms so you and your family can start planning your next trip now.

Standard Rate: When you make your reservation you will be charged 30% of the total amount. If you cancel 30 days before your arrival for Junior suites with sea view we will refund the money. For the rest of accommodation types, cancelation is 60 days before arrival.

Non refundable Rate: Prepayment 100%. Changes and Cancellations are not allowed for non refundable rates.

If due to covid-19 you can”t travel (flight cancellations, borders not opened) we turn your money back or we offer you a voucher valid for the next 2 years.
